I get 'Login Attempt Failed' error message in cPanel

There can be two causes for this:

1. You could be using incorrect password. Please go to List Accounts -> cPanel Details section in your members area and set a new password for your cPanel following the given guidelines.

2. If it still does not work after password reset, it could be that your IP address is blocked from cPanel access. Please contact us via livechat or submit us a ticket and then provide us with your IP. You can find your IP at www.ip4.me
