My new MX record does not work

If you experience any problems with emails after changing your MX records, please kindly note this issue is not related to our servers.

When MX record is changed, our servers do not serve your emails anymore (they are served by remote host).

If you believe there is something wrong, only your new email provider could help you. So please contact the administrator of your new MX server, as he is the only person who could solve email issues in this case.
