My domain does not work (late payment)

Please make sure there are enough funds in your payment account (Credit Card or PayPal) and it will be automatically deducted from the account in the next 24 hours.

If you would like to pay manually, please go to your Members area -> List accounts (or List Domains) -> Extend. Account files will not be edited in any way during the process.

You will be able to submit a new payment for this account and choose a new billing period. Please mind that this process is not instant and it might take up to 6-12 hours to update the information.

When your account is extended, the domain will start functioning as soon as the DNS propagates correctly (when you submit a payment, DNS is instantly updated on our side, but globally such process might take 12-48 hours to complete).

In the future, we would encourage to contact us before the payment date (if you feel that the billing period or amount is not convenient for you), and all of the changes could be made without any downtime.

Lastly, if you hold any clients under your account, and you are using custom nameservers, the clients' domain names might be redirecting incorrectly as well.

Until the issue is solved, you can suggest your clients to use our default nameservers on their domains, and it should work for them afterward.
