My SMTP settings on the e-mail client do not work (the e-mails are not being sent out)

If the automated email client setup fails, or if you enter the details represented in the cPanel-> E-mail accounts and the emails are still not being sent out, please try to use these settings:

* Set your outgoing mail server to srvXX.hosting24.com (where the XX is the number of the server that your account is located on).
* Set your e-mail account login username to email+domain.com (please write the plus sign instead of the @ sign)
* Please set your SMTP port to 465 If neither suggestion works, please contact us by submitting a ticket to our Help Desk.
