Why do I get Brute Force Protection?

You are getting this error because cPanel Brute Force Protection filter detected multiple failed logins for Your account.

In general, you need to wait 5 minutes if You want to try to log in from another IP with the same username and 15 minutes if You are going to try to log in from the same IP.

You can whitelist your IP in members area List Accounts -> cPanel Details section. We may also do it for you.

Please submit a ticket from your Members Area -> Help Desk section with a request and we will whitelist your IP address as soon as possible. Do not forget to include your local IP address.
